The SPT PREMIUM range of diamond discs has been designed for cutting porcelain stoneware tiles with thicknesses of 20 mm.

Being a segmented disc with a narrow notch and wet cutting, RUBI’s SPT PREMIUM discs can work with thicknesses of up to 35 mm and materials as varied as natural stone or sintered stone.

Unlike other discs, RUBI SPT PREMIUM, present a special alloy in the league that, together with the already mentioned narrow notch design, ensures an extra long life, avoiding crystallization of the diamond when working with such large thicknesses and offers high cutting speed.

The diamond band is formed by sintering and joined to the steel core by laser welding, the most resistant on the market.

All discs in the RUBI SPT PREMIUM range are suitable for use on cutting tables and cutting machines that incorporate a protection system in accordance with the standard for the use of segmented discs.

Taking into account the particularities of each type of disc (continuous, turbo, etc.) and the materials for which it has been designed, RUBI offers the professional three qualities of discs: PRO, SUPERPRO and PREMIUM.

RUBI recommends using appropriate clothing, safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, head protection, a dust mask or some type of respirator. Strict attention to the instructions for the safe use of the equipment is required when cutting with diamond blades, for the protection of the operator and other people around the cutting area.
